They turned out awesome! Their creativity journal covers were precious too! There is so much to do with American History units and point of view is the perfect skill for them! You rock it girl!

Pam
Rockin Resources Blog
Pam Olivierihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18267079265790924605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6921941721176853181.post-40694488277631215232014-04-07T20:54:19.780-04:002014-04-07T20:54:19.780-04:00I know exactly how you feel after state testing. ...I know exactly how you feel after state testing. Here in TX, my students just took their 2 days of the writing test (4 hours each day) and my brain was NOT working the rest of the week after sitting there mindlessly test monitoring for 2 days! I love your idea for the "testing is over" celebration. Frozen and a cold treat sound perfect for a nice relaxing day!

Rebecca
Ladybugs LoungeRebecca H.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00101950435300447743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6921941721176853181.post-51935224389995402222014-04-07T20:02:45.376-04:002014-04-07T20:02:45.376-04:00You have to grade your own state tests??? I guess I could see some benefit to this -- to be able to see what other students are doing and a guarantee that the tests were graded by someone who knows what they are doing. When we got our tests back, one of my lowest students (who wrote completely off topic) got one of the highest scores -- go figure!! I was NOT happy, considering some of my best writers didn't do so well. Anyway, I hope your day (and week!) goes well!

We are glad you could join the party this week -- better a day late than never! :)

Jennifer
Mrs. Laffin's LaughingsJennifer Laffinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00409566035103972341noreply@blogger.com
