Speaking of lucky, I won a giveaway recently from Jane at Learning in the Little Apple!
I am one lucky girl who won a $25 gift card to Lakeshore Learning, $10 Starbucks gift card, a 2D quadrilaterals shape sort from Nichole at the Craft of Teaching and "Snow your Multiplication Facts" from Heather at Kickin' It With Class! Yep, I am a lucky girl:)
I had a difficult time deciding what to use the $25 at Lakeshore for. Decisions, decisions!! I didn't have much extra cash to spend, so I decided to buy something that I wouldn't normally splurge on. My students love to play with hands-on building games and I don't have many on hand. Our science kits have to be sent back after the unit is over. So, I saw this gadget for $29.99 and got 20% off! I know my students will love it!
What a great splurge on a fun activity for my students!! Thank you so much for the awesome giveaway, Jane! Check out her adorable blog here!
Don't forget to enter the Quietest Classroom Pencil Sharpener Giveaway!! You can also win an Item from my TPT store. Some popular items right now are Monster Fractions and Line Plots with Fractions centers:)
a Rafflecopter giveaway
I think that I would gift mine to a coworker.

I'm currently student teaching so my future classroom for next year is fairly empty. I have been eyeing this sharpener for weeks. I would loveeee the black!!! It's fabulous and any teacher dream!!
ReplyDeleteI would use this with my fourth grade students and I would love any color! Maybe red...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out Holly! I would love THAT pencil sharpener in blue for my third graders. We've already gone through 3 sharpeners this year. Ugh.....

I would love to own the red sharpener. I gifted one to a newbie teacher and gave one to my daughter. Now I would love to have one to use with my own reading/math intervention students. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI would let my students use it. I wouldn't have to sharpen theirs on my electric one. I would save electricity. I would love a black one to match my scheme.

I am dying to get my hands on one of these for my 30 kiddos and me! They'd love it. Our pencils and sharpener are so cheap. The kids are always coming to me to show me how one side of their pencil is sharpened and the other side is all wood! We would gladly take any color at all. Beggars shouldn't be choosy. Thanks for the opportunity!

Oh my gosh! I am dying for one of these :) I would love the green one to match my room! They ever-dreaded pencil sharpener noise is one of those big teacher pet peeves of mine! Thanks for hosting this giveaway :)

Fun in Room 4B
I've always wanted to try one of these sharpeners. I'd like red. Thanks.

I'd love the black one and would have my students use it in my classroom.
ReplyDeleteI would use a blue or black one for my kindergartners.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win a red one, which is our school color by the way, because I have a student in my class that has ADHD and one of the things that he does is constantly sharpen pencils. Since we use an electric sharpener now, it is a constant distraction while I'm teaching and during work time.
ReplyDeleteThe blue one would be AMAZING for my classroom! My students would love it!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try this. I see it everywhere on the blogs. I'm partial to green.
ReplyDeleteI will use it in my classroom and I want it to be Husker red!
ReplyDeleteSince I already have two in my classroom I will probably give this to a very good coworker friend of mine! She loves mine but won't buy one for herself! I would choose the blue one for her!
